About Bethany Immigration Services

Bethany Immigration Services is about helping immigrants to become an integral part of our community by providing affordable legal immigration solutions. There are many non-profits across the nation that offer low-cost legal immigration counsel with the goal to better their communities, as well as to help those who are often desperate for assistance in navigating the immigration system. Bethany Immigration Services will fill the great need for low-cost legal services in our Summit County community. Bethany Immigration Services is the only locally-operated immigration legal aid agency in the area of Summit County and the surrounding mountain communities.

By assisting immigrants and their families to gain better legal standing and thereby to be more strongly integrated into our society,  we will be helping to relieve fear and tension in immigrant homes,  as well as helping to keep Summit County families united. Local businesses will be better able to keep valuable hard-working employees, and there will be more peace and harmony in our schools and community in general.

The legal services of Bethany Immigration are provided by Judy Phillips, a DOJ-Accredited Representative.

Judy Phillips

Judy Phillips, originally from the East Coast, is a long time resident of Frisco. In the early 90’s, she lived in Mexico City with her husband and 4 children for almost 5 years where they all became fluent in Spanish. Since living in Summit County, she has served alongside her husband, Mike, who is pastor of a bilingual, multicultural local church, Immanuel Fellowship. So over the years, Judy has made many friends in the immigrant community. All these things have led to her pursuit of DOJ-accreditation (Department of Justice) as a legal representative for immigrants here in the Colorado Rockies.
